§ Mr. ClappisonA spring supplementary estimate has been proposed to take provision of £500,000 to cover pressure on rural water and sewerage grants, £76,000, and assisted areas sewerage grants £424,000, which are demand led. In addition, it is proposed to vire £578,000 from environmental publicity and the small company environmental and energy management assistance scheme into rural water and sewerage grants.
