§ Mr. Robin SquireThe Department is primarily concerned with raising standards of educational achievement and skill and with promoting an efficient and flexible labour market. The environmental impact of our work is therefore relatively slight. None the less, we use the indicators for sustainable development to inform policy options and will continue to do so.
