§ Mr. BlunkettI will today announce the publication of a Consultation Document on the National Targets—"Targets for our Future", copies of which are being placed in the Library. The Government are inviting views on a number of new Targets which they believe better reflect their priorities and are more likely to generate the widespread commitment that is essential if we are to improve skills levels and be a competitive and inclusive nation.
