§ Mr. BoatengWe are aware of this case which is a matter for Leicestershire Health Authority. My hon. Friend wrote to my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State about this case on 28 October 1997 and my noble Friend the Minister of State replied on 25 November 1997.
We have asked the Chairman of Leicestershire Health Authority, Mr. Neil Townsend, to write to my hon. Friend setting out the latest position as soon as possible.
