To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer what is his latest estimate of the amount of revenue lost by the Exchequer due to the facilities provided for(a) individual United Kingdom citizens and (b) companies operating in the United Kingdom on each of (i) Jersey, (ii) Guernsey, (iii) the Isle of Man, (iv) Gibraltar, (v) the British Virgin Islands, (vi) the Cayman Islands and (vii) other overseas United Kingdom dependent territories; what measures have been considered to recover such lost revenue; and if he will make a statement.
