§ Mr. Raymond S. RobertsonThe individual house purchase scheme, which assists disabled people to buy—or rent—suitable homes, is operated by Margaret Blackwood housing association using funding provided by Scottish Homes. Scottish Homes is currently in discussion with the association on ways to improve the usefulness of the scheme.
