To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) if he will list the(a) organisations and (b) individuals who responded to the consultation paper of 14 February, concerning outdoor advertisement controls; [40251]

(2) how many of the responses received to the consultation paper concerning outdoor advertisement controls were opposed to the proposals to abolish areas of special advertisement control; [40252]

(3) when he plans to make a decision on the proposals to abolish areas of special advertisement controls; [40253]

(4) what plans he has for a further period of consultation on the proposals to abolish areas of special advertisement control; [40254]

(5) what plans he has to revise the proposals to abolish areas of special advertisement control. [40255]
