§ Dr. Liam FoxInquiries by HM Customs and Excise, the appropriate investigating authority, undertaken as a result of earlier allegations that United Kingdom companies may have been involved in arms supplies to Rwanda groups, have not produced evidence to support criminal proceedings against any United Kingdom company or individual. HM Customs and Excise are in contact with the United Nations about their report and will provide details in response to appropriate requests.
