§ Dr. Liam FoxA number of representations were received from residents of Montserrat and others regarding the environmental considerations of building an emergency evacuation jetty in Little bay. As with all such projects, the plans were subjected to an environmental impact study. The results of this were taken into account when the Government of Montserrat's planning authority approved the project on 30 October.
