§ Mr. AncramNew full-time, permanent lecturers who do not already possess an approved teacher training qualification are expected to achieve the postgraduate certificate in further and higher education within three years of appointment. In-service training awards are available from the Department to assist such lecturers attend this part-time course at the University of Ulster.
