To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Employment what has been the capital spending by each local education authority in each of the last six years for which figures are available; and what have been the Government capital allocations to each local education authority in each of those years and in each subsequent year for which allocations have been made(a) in cash terms and (b) in real terms.
