§ Mr. Kynoch[holding answer 31 October 1996]: I refer the hon. Gentleman to the reply I gave to the hon. Member for Moray (Mrs. Ewing) on 21 May, Official Report, columns 152–54 which set out all support from public 470W funds given to Health Care International (Scotland) Ltd. in actual and in March 1996 prices. There has been no additional support to HCI from public funds since then.
