[1089]

Lord James Douglas-Hamilton

I am advised by my noble and learned Friend the Lord Advocate that the procurator fiscal at Wick has received a report from the nuclear installations inspectorate concerning the installation at Dounreay. The procurator fiscal is investigating the matter and will report the outcome of his inquiries to Crown counsel for instructions.
