§ Sir Paul BeresfordThe Health and Safety Commission's discussion document on the future of the lead and asbestos regulations was published in May, and a copy placed in the Library. In accordance with its usual practice and as explained on the front cover of the discussion document, the Commission will be making responses to the document, except where consultees asked that their response should not be so disclosed, available338W for public scrutiny at the Health and Safety Executive's information centres in London, Bootle and Sheffield.
