§ Mr. HowardI refer the hon. Member to the reply given to a question from the hon. Member for Warrington, South (Mr. Hall) on 1 April at column62. Since then, there has been one ministerial overseas visit. This was made by the Under-Secretary of State, my hon. Friend the Member for Bolton, West (Mr. Sackville), to The Hague on 1 and 2 April to discuss British and Dutch co-operation on drugs matters. He was not accompanied by any member of his family. The cost of the visit, including that of accompanying officials, was £1,093.
