§ Mr. David DavisThe CFE review conference is the forum for an operational review of the treaty and for resolving outstanding treaty implementation issues. To this end the UK delegation's aim will be to:
- conduct a review of the treaty's operation;
- support efforts to resolve the flank problem and other outstanding implementation issues;
- consider any proposals for discussions on the future of the treaty.
