Robertson[holding answer 17 May 1996]: The Esbjerg declaration invited the European Commission and Norway to consider a proposal for experimental undisturbed areas for research purposes. We will be contributing to this work in advance of the intermediate ministerial meeting on the integration of fisheries and environmental issues, to be held in Norway in March 1997.
