§ Mr. ClappisonHMIP has been incorporated in the new Environment Agency. I am informed by the agency that it has reviewed the evidence gathered during the investigation by HMIP, but that it has not yet taken a decision on whether to bring a prosecution under the Radioactive Substances Act 1993. I have asked the agency for a further report on progress by the end of June, following which I will write to the hon. Member.
