§ Mr. MaloneIt is normal policy to disclose all relevant safety data available to our advisory committees and, when not restricted by confidentiality agreements, the relevant data are provided to pharmaceutical companies whose products are under consideration. If compulsory regulatory action is proposed, it is the policy of the Medicines Control Agency to provide the relevant pharmaceutical companies with a copy of the assessment reports prior to a final decision being made.
