To ask the Secretary of State for Health how many(a) incidents and (b) fatal incidents of hypothermia have occurred over the last five years in (i) London, (ii) Manchester, (iii) Cardiff, (iv) Newcastle, (v) Leicester, (vi) Derby, (vii) Nottingham, (viii) Norwich, (ix) Birmingham, (x) Plymouth, (xi) Edinburgh, (xii) Aberdeen and (xiii) Brighton.[28422]
