Mr. John M. TaylorThe directive specifies that every worker should be entitled to paid annual leave of the least four weeks a year in accordance with conditions for412W entitlement laid down by national legislation or practice. Member states may reduce this to three weeks for a transitional period of three years. The directive does not distinguish between part-time and full-time employees.
