HC Deb 25 March 1996 vol 274 c439W
Rev. Martin Smyth

To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if he will introduce legislation to allow relatives of service men and women killed in action since the end of the second world war to have their names placed on war memorials. [21023]

Mr. Moss

[holding answer 18 March 1996]: There are no plans to change the existing legislation. It is similar to that in Great Britain, and allows for the names of those killed in a war to be placed on war memorials.
