§ Miss WiddecombeSince his appointment on 1 December 1995, Sir David Ramsbotham, GCB, CBE has visited 22 Prison Service establishments. Seven visits were as part of an inspection and inspection reports on these establishments will be submitted to my right hon. and learned Friend.
