§ Mr. Gwilym JonesI refer the hon. Member to the answer that I gave on 5 February 1996,Official Report, column 55. Since then my right hon. Friend has published "A Working Countryside for Wales", a White Paper in 89 89W which he announces that the rural transport innovation grant scheme will be reviewed to see if ways can be found to increase its effectiveness.
