To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security if he will set out for each year since 1990–91 in respect of the supply estimates for each sub-head of the votes accounted for by the Department of Social Security(a) the original estimate, the amount of increase or decrease for which approval was sought in the (b) summer, (c) winter and (d) spring supplementary estimates and the (e) amount of any excess vote; and which sub-heads were subject to a cash limit.
