§ Mr. Roger EvansWe are introducing some minor amendments to the Secretary of State's directions and guidance on the help available from the discretionary social fund, the need for which we have identified in the course of our routine monitoring of the social fund.
Details of the amendments and a revised copy of the Secretary of State's directions and guidance to take effect from 1 April 1996 have been placed in the Library.
