§ Mr. HanleyThere was no transfer of funds from ODA to Greenwich on completion of the sale agreement. There will be an adjustment to the nominal consideration paid by Greenwich based on the agreed level of net current assets at completion; this could result in a payment from the ODA to Greenwich or vice versa.
