To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland how many patients receiving(a) hip replacements, (b) cataract extraction, (c) kidney transplants and (d) hernia operations were carried out by the NHS in Scotland had to wait for (i) more than six months, (ii) more than nine months, (iii) more than 12
