§ Mr. Raymond S. RobertsonThe provisions of the Home Energy Conservation Act are to be introduced in Scotland on 1 December 1996. Guidance to local authorities on how they must carry out the duties required of them is being prepared and will be issued to the authorities later in the year following consultation with the Convention of Scottish Local Authorities.
