§ Lord James Douglas-HamiltonMy noble and learned Friend the Lord Advocate informs me that the further inquiries referred to in my answer of 24 April 1996,Official Report, column 186, to the hon. Member for East Lothian (Mr. Home Robertson), are drawing to a conclusion. The investigators are awaiting the completion of accounts for the period of the administration of the former trustees. The Charities Office continues to monitor the work of the new trustees.
