§ Mr. HoramThe review of current licensing and support arrangements for Read codes will be carried out by Silicon Bridge Research. Since it was chosen for its particular skills and experience, at a cost below the single tender limit, there was no competitive tender. The review started an 4 Jury 1996 and is expected to be completed by the end of October 1996. A report of its findings will be placed in the Library.
