§ Mr. BaldrySums of £8.4 million, £8.9 million and £12 million were allocated for decommissioning schemes in 1993, 1994 and 1995 respectively. Corresponding uptake in these years was £7.8 million, £8.8 million and £9.6 million. Normal Government accounting rules applied to these underspends.
