§ Mr. BaldryThe common fisheries policy review group has almost completed its work and I understand that it plans to publish its report before 25 July. Fisheries Ministers will wish to study the report and to hear the views of the industry before reaching final conclusions on92W it. The Government have already made it clear that they will be putting proposals to the intergovernmental conference to enable the problem of quota hoppers to be resolved.
