To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will list those missions where official uniforms are worn on ceremonial occasions by the head of missions. [10240]

[holding answer 22 January 1996]: Official uniforms are worn on ceremonial occasions by the heads of mission in: Bangkok, Bandar Seri Begawan, Brussels (embassy), The Hague, Holy See, Luxembourg, Madrid, Rabat, Tokyo, Mbabane.

Governors wear uniform on ceremonial occasions in the following territories: Anguilla, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Falkland and Dependencies, Gibraltar, Hong Kong, Montserrat, St. Helena and dependencies, Turks and Caicos Islands.
