To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will list for each year from 1989–90 to 1994–95 (i) how many(a) new homes and (b) improvements were provided through the crofter building grants and loan scheme and (ii) what levels of (A) grants and (B) loans were provided through the scheme.
