To ask the Secretary of State for Wales what is the highest salary paid to any local education authority head teacher of (i) an infants, (ii) a primary and (iii) a high school. [9067]

The highest known salaries at 31 March 1994 of full-time head teachers in the local education authority maintained sector are:
