§ Mr. NorrisWe are assessing the impact of PPG 13 in a number of ways, through the Government offices for the regions, through our direct contacts with local authorities, and through more formal analysis. We have commissioned, jointly with the Department of the Environment, a research project to assess the implementation of PPG 13, which is currently being Undertaken by Ove Arup and Partners, together with the university of Reading. We published an interim report of this study's findings in September 1995; copies have been placed in the Library.
