§ Mr. NorrisRegulations are already in place with regard to the conduct of those who drive buses or minibuses for hire or reward. Traffic commissioners have powers to suspend or revoke such a driver's entitlement to drive these vehicles if they determine that he or she is not a fit person to do so.
