§ Mrs. BrowningThe analysis of samples for the purposes of monitoring hormone residues in(a) beef, (b) sheepmeat and (c) other livestock production is carried out by the Veterinary Laboratories Agency at Weybridge under the national surveillance scheme for residues in meat.
