§ Sir Paul BeresfordAs this Department has some policy responsibilities relating to car boot sales, my hon. Friend's letter of 4 December was referred to departmental officials for advice. They copied it to officials in the Department of Trade and Industry who agreed that the issues raised were for that Department. My hon. Friend's letter was therefore transferred to DTI on 15 December.
