§ Mr. RichardsThe Welsh Office already guarantees a training place to all young people who are not in full-time education, training or employment through its youth credits and modern apprenticeships programmes. As part of its work in delivering this guarantee in the Alyn and Deeside constituency, the North East Wales training and enterprise council operates, as an integral part of its youth training provision, a bridge to work programme which specially caters for those young people who are disadvantaged in the labour market.
