§ Mr. David DavisLord Chesham met President Arzu on 15 January when he visited Guatemala City for the President's inauguration. We continue to encourage the Government of Guatemala to reach a peace agreement with the URNG guerrillas and a settlement of the territorial dispute with Belize.
