§ Mr. Jonathan EvansFor the Lord Chancellor's Department, including the Court Service and the Public Trust Office, no funding became available through the private finance initiative in 1995–96. Current estimates suggest that capital spending on projects by the private sector will be £4.6 million in 1996–97 and £27.3 million in 1997–98.
