§ Mr. NorrisCouncil Regulation (EEC) No. 2407/92 on licensing of air carriers sets out the criteria for granting operating licences in all EC member states. The Licensing of Air Carriers Regulations 1992 (SI 1992 No. 2992) make provision for implementing the Council regulation in the United Kingdom.
