To ask the Secretary of State for Wales what is(a) the standard admission number of each grant-maintained school and (b) the number of pupils which each of these schools plans to admit in September 1996. [25166]

The grant-maintained equivalent of the standard number in LEA schools is the approved admission number. This is set when a school is approved for grant-maintained status. The details are as follows:
