§ Mr. PageIn accordance with the provisions of section 35 of the Coal Industry Act 1994, a register of licences granted for the carrying out of coal mining operations has been established by the Coal Authority. The enforcement of legislative requirements on employers' liability insurance is a matter for the Health and Safety Executive.
