Clerk to the Justices (Middlesex Petty Session)

To ask the Parliamentary Secretary, Lord Chancellor's Department how often, over the last three years, in each of the Middlesex area petty session courts the clerk to the justices has clerked cases. [25154]

Magistrates courts are locally managed by magistrates courts committees under the provisions of the Justices of the Peace Act 1979. The sort of information requested is not kept centrally and it is not the sort of information the Department would expect to receive from individuals MCCs.
