§ Mr. HanleyWe aim to put in place office waste minimisation targets by the end of 1996, in keeping with the commitment in the Government White Paper "Making Waste Work". The overall target will be reduce the amount of waste by 15 per cent. over the period 1 April 1996 to 31 March 1998.
