To ask the President of the Board of Trade how much funding has been provided to Barnsley and Doncaster TEC. for small and medium-sized businesses in each year since its inception, including the current financial year; what is his forecast for the coming financial year; and if he will make a statement. Barnsley and Doncaster TEC has received funding for the support of small and medium-sized businesses from numerous Government and European sources. The main DTI support is the enterprise budget which was £328,000 in 1993–94, £362,500 in 1994–95 and is forecast to be £294,000 in 1995–96.
