The information is broken down by category of goods, as defined in the appropriate Export of Goods (Control) Order; and by the number of licences issued in each category to every country of destination, including Guatemala. For the years 1990 to 1992 inclusive, the relevant information is as follows:

In 1994, two licences were refused for Indonesia in the categories: ML1, ML2, ML3, ML4, ML6, ML9, ML10, ML11, PL5018, PL5021, and PL5030. For these categories of goods, and in the period 1 January to 1 August 1995, the numbers of licences issued and refused for Indonesia were 23 and three respectively.

In 1994, nine licences were refused for Argentina for the categories: ML1, ML2, ML3, ML4, ML6, ML9, MLIO, ML11, PL5018, PL5021, and PL5030. No other licence applications were refused for these goods to the other countries of central and south America.
